Vendor halls are scheduled for Saturday from 11am-8pm, and Sunday from 11am-4pm.

What is included in my booth purchase?

Two (2) Exhibitor Badges

Each 10' x 10' booth includes:
– pipe and drape

– optional table and chairs

Tents are not authorized inside of the building.

Each 8' space includes:

– pipe and drape

– optional table and chairs

Vendor Load In

Vendor load in begins at 3pm on Friday and goes until 8pm. Vendors must check in by 6pm on Friday or their table/booth is forfeited without a refund. Out of area vendors will be allowed to set up Saturday morning on a case-by-case basis with prior written authorization from Terror Trader. 

Please note the load in times must be strictly observed. Vendors will only be able to load in and out during specified times. If you do not load in during these times, then you will forfeit your vendor space without a refund.

We do not supply labor or equipment for load in or load out. Be sure to bring your own man power, carts, two wheelers and any other items needed to fully load in/out and set up your booth.

Electricity and WiFi

Electricity and wifi is not included but is provided for purchase by the Mesa Convention Center. Information coming soon.
